Advisory without accountability
The consultant hands over a deck and leaves before anyone finds out if the recommendation actually worked.
A monthly embedded engagement, minimum three months, in which Skowak designs, builds, instruments, and proves a production AI system, then transfers ownership. Not advisory: Skowak writes the code and owns delivery of the thing.
Monthly · minimum 3 months
Skowak works inside your team. The system gets designed, built, instrumented, and proved, and Skowak stays until it's in production, your people can maintain it, and there's a plan for what happens next.
This is not advisory. Skowak writes code, reviews your team's code, and owns delivery of the thing. The engagement includes building, evaluating, iterating, and the "Prove" deliverables: performance dashboards, retrospective reviews, and a scale-up roadmap.
Month-to-month after the initial three months. If the evaluation dashboard shows the work isn't producing results, you stop. No lock-in beyond the minimum needed to build something real.
The consultant hands over a deck and leaves before anyone finds out if the recommendation actually worked.
The system ships, but stays quietly dependent on the vendor indefinitely, nobody budgeted time to actually hand it off.
Nobody can say whether the system is working, only whether it shipped. "It's live" and "it's working" get treated as the same claim.
Production software, in your repository, that your engineers can maintain without Skowak in the room.
The retrospective reports on accuracy, reliability, and adoption, not sprint velocity dressed up as progress.
Ownership transfers in the final month on purpose, with a scale-up roadmap, not a permanent vendor relationship by default.
Fidelity Life
Skowak modelled the rule system, separated genuine underwriting judgment from deterministic decisions being done by hand, and built the production systems, case management, product configuration, approval routing, that carried a multi-year transformation.
The full FAQ, pricing, scope, and how the three engagement tiers fit together, lives on the Services overview.
If you have a production AI system that needs to get built, instrumented, and proved, not just advised on, that's this engagement.
